To ensure cost efficiency and high-quality service delivery, ITC intends to establish a system contract with a capable service provider. This system contract will cover event management services in Ashgabat and regions of Turkmenistan. ITC will establish a system contract for event management services for a maximum period of three (3) years. The selected contractor, hereinafter referred to as the "Service Provider,” will be engaged initially for one (1) year, with the possibility of contract renewal based on satisfactory performance evaluations. The system contract would facilitate a cost-effective prompt administrative process to procure event management services on a recurrent basis over the system contract duration. The ITC procurement officer will issue a purchase order, referring to the system contract conditions and rates. ITC does not commit to order a minimum set or quantity of services. The expected number of events is up to fifteen (15) events annually, or forty-five (45) events over three (3) years. The services to be provided under this SC are: Finding a suitable venue for organizing conferences, meeting, seminars, source subcontractors, agree terms and sign a contract for respective services.
